Workshops
Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center and Poznań Foundation of Scientific Libraries, together with other institutions from the region, since 2002 maintain and develop the Digital Library of Wielkopolska (WBC). In this period we have built the largest digital library in Poland. Basing on the experience which we have gained with WBC and other Polish digital libraries, we decided to periodically organize a workshop on digital libraries, on which we invite you.
During this workshop we show stages of the creation of a digital library, we describe issues related with maintaining, development and efficient exploitation of a digital library. We also try to make the workshop to be the best place for discussion about digital libraries in Poland and a place of integration of people interested in digital libraries.
As it was mentioned above, our workshop is a periodic event. It is organized in the autumn, most often in November.
